Other research topic areas in artificial Intelligence aside machine/deep learning include but not limited to the following:
1. Personalization/Recommendation systems: Ability of computer to predict what is intresting to a user based on the user's profile
2. Expert Systems: A computer program that has the ability to performs a task that would otherwise be performed by a human expert
3. Natural Language processing: Ability of computer systems to interact with people in natural language through text and speech
5. Pattern Recognition: The ability of computer to recognize patters in a given dataset.
6. Computer vision, Virtual reality and Image processing: It is concerned with the theory and technology of building artificial systems that obtain information from images
7. Knowledge Representation and Reasoning: It deals with representing information about the world in a form that a computer system can utilize to solve complex problems
