Educational supervision has always been instrumental in creating opportunities for the students. As we know the technological advances has hundreds of opportunities but thousands of challenges. If the use of technology specifically internet is not modulated, the students are more prone to addiction of the technology and inturn wastege of time of the students. If they are properly supervised and guided and suitable intervention be made.
In western education, supervision has evolved to "professional learning and professional evaluation". There is an entire literature, primarily practitoner focused literature, that identifies key components and processes. What still matters, most of all, however, is consistent attention and ongoing action.
Mr. Karen, well said but problem exist in the developing countries is that in many developing countries doesn't have any structures career guidance programme. the problem deepens when there is no structured training for the teachers who can help the students and make the education more effective and outcome based. Remain, the literature available from western countries are guiding lamp for the developing nations.
