I am currently doing my research in IS Success and undertaking a systematic literature review. For this I need completeness in the journals that I review. I am therefore asking this research community, if you are an IS researcher what would be the top 5 - 10 journals that you would review?

However, according to my understanding, systematic literature review is usually based on keyword inclusion and exclusion criteria on broad scientific databases. Systematic reviews usually do not discriminate information sources by selecting a few of the "top journals". As far as I know, that's the whole idea of systematic process - include as much as possible and systematically reduce the number of results. It's the opposite of selectively choosing a limited set of information sources.
Non-systematic literature review can be more selective and choose information sources based on specific reasons. You can choose to include a few of the top journals like the Basket of 8 (best for all general topics) and then additional journals relevant to your special topic (e.g. best journals for IS Success). For example, Information&Management is very popular "IS Success" journal but it is not included in Basket of 8. It should be included in any valid literature review particularly dealing with IS Success. As well as many other topic specific journals. Some researchers prefer this kind of selective and expertise based review rather than systematic review.
The problem is how to select all important journals without invalidating own results by omitting significant ones. Systematic literature review can do help with that - you don't choose any journals. You query all of them from Sciencedirect, ACM, Springer and all similar relevant databases. Then you can have a list of all journal that you found out with the keyword "IS Success". If your list includes also all basket of 8 journals, you probably have quite good coverage in your database searches...

With the exception of the two top journals -MISQ and ISR, the rankings of the rest of the journals are always subject to criticism or bias. If you take the senior basket of journals, the focus is on behavioural science outlets with limited emphasis on the design science category. Given the importance of business analytics today, it is surprising not to see DSS and Decision Sciences in the senior basket or even the FT 45.
If you need a more comprehensive list and a diverse criteria for identifying key IS outlets, consult the AIS journal list. It is not necessarily a ranking but a list across different ranking.
Anteneh has good points. Ranking is somehow misleading. I personally don't care ranking a lot. Every journal have its focus anyway. Those highly recognized journals surely have better validity and reliability and worth more to refer to. MISQ, ISR, DSS, I&M are always my first tier to look for related article I need in IS management and behavior areas.
Well, it is a little dated but I think the following article provides a pretty good list of the top 50 journals that focus on Information Computing Technology and many directly on MIS:
Rainer Jr, R. K., & Miller, M. D. (2005). Examining differences across journal rankings. Communications of the ACM, 48(2), 91-94.
The top five according to the article were MIS Quarterly, Communications of the ACM, Information Systems Research, Management Science, and the Journal of Management Information Systems.
