For the pycnogonid, the genus is Endeis. Hard to go further with this single picture.
There are a LOT of hermit crab species in the South China Sea. This paper will be helpful for you to attempt to identify these ones. Good luck!

Yes, I agree with Romain. The pycnogonid in the photo is an Endeis. Can't tell species from the photo.

the hermit crabs are probably in the genus Pagurus and strongly resemble the juvenile coloration of Pagurus hirsutiusculus, which is known from Japan. I'm not aware of it occurring farther south, though.
