What are these floating structure in rat BM-MSC culture?

I was culturing rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (DMEM+ 15% FBS media) in day 6 of culture I found this circular floating structure in the media. Can anyone please guide me is it any contamination or cell debris only? (The images are taken in 20x objective)
