Please, can you give the best estimation ( a single % number or a range) of the weight of assessed sustainability criteria 'of the construction phase ONLY' in a certified (BREEAM Excellent or LEED Gold) new construction building project?
Is there any source/ study that details the reported criteria per phase?

Per phase - depends on defining the phases. Life-cycle ones? You have to look for BREEAM/LEED criteria (easily available online) and compare them yourselves.
And Aleš, these schemes are not obsolete (in the meaning "not to be used anymore") - they just need re-adjustment of their criteria. And we have new schemes with different focus (e.g. WELL) - maybe it´s time to find somethung common and up-to date, some efforts are here, but without great success...
Aleš, my view is a bit different. Maybe because I understand "obsolete" a bit differently...
