We use linear scheduling method and actual daily production records.
Matching work progress with prepared schedule and doing a work progress analysis (this is mostly time related) Also we estimate value through analysis of cash inflow against anticipated output. This gives us our actual work progress in relation to budget.
you can use G-Pro , Stat-Pro, and so on they are many software to analysis the construction .But in the mean time you have to the knowledge all construction engineering subjects before you come to analysis
