I do not count Operations Research as an IE journal; it is too broad to be honed in like that, especially if you go back a few years. Management Science is also too broad for me to comfortably say that it is almost excusively associated with industrial engineering.

Two journals that I know of - as I have published there:

and

Computers and Industrial Engineering.

Dear Dr. Retter good for you, i hope you keep doing well in scientific fields. My main interest was to find out the top journals in industrial engineering that researchers are following and aiming for. Although there are very rankings in this regard and we know the bests, however i want to know the real goal of each researcher (Not too optimistic of course)
