this is real time application, and I wanna to extract character, No recognition.

Recognition is where neural slows down, so if only extraction is required then it is ok with them

I do not know, what is top algorithm for real time extraction character from image

I write and use FCM in matlab, this is very good but do not can to remove noises (Due Dirty Plaque, Iron rivets point). what is ways can I remove these noises?
