I feel the following tools are useful for bibliometric research

• Bibexcel:An indispensable tool for conversion and treatment of bibliographic data. It also contains an abundance of routines for creating different types of bibliometric analyses.
• Publish or Perish:Based on data from Google Scholar, it creates bibliometric analyses of researchers. It calculates the values of several indicators, for example the H index.
• Pajek:Pajek is used for different kinds of network analyses and visualizations. Bibexcel may be well used to format input data to Pajek.

Thank you Ajit kumar Roy for the informations I already know the publish or perish, but I do not know the Bibexcell and the Pajek I will investigate more on the functionalities of these two.

Try using R. You can do most types of network and text analysis with R. It can create word clouds, but also text networks. I do not know if there will be a program to calculate the H index, but it might be. I have never wanted to calculate it. But did some text and network analysis within R. It works fine, but it might depend on what you want. R has packages that are similar to ucinet and pajeck.

I'm Brazilian, and I'm interested in publishing articles in other countries, or with co-authorship with researchers from other countries, and can also publish in periodicals with high impact in Brazil.

And addressing the techniques of bibliometrics and sociometry would be of interest as well as any subject with an interdisciplinary character.
