What are the tools available to analyze the file.264 format ?

Greetings,

I've been working on video encryption using the JM 19.0 reference model. This tool accepts the YUV file (raw video) and compresses it according to the H.264 standards. Encoder in the tool encodes the YUV file and creates the test.264 file in bin directory.

I have been using the Codecvisa software to analyze the test.264 file, but it is restricted to only two frames analysis in free mode. It costs me more than One lakh rupees to buy the licensed software.

So please suggest any other suitable tool for this task...
