Use Case Points are a dangerous measure to build software estimates on, since you can have different levels at which you can make the Use Cases. If you have a stable level at which the Use Cases are written, then you can use a lot of the common Software Estimating tools that are based on (COSMIC) Function Points or Lines of Code with the help of a conversion factor.
If you have a tool or method that takes UCP as an input, be sure that you always calibrate it, since you don't know whether your Use Case level is comparable to the one used by the tool.
