Dear Coleagues.

Some patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding fail endoscopic hemostasis. Nowadays, for patients with severe concominant patology, offere transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) instead of surgical procedure. Could I get an information on:

1. clear indications, 2. contraindications, 3.accesses, 4. technical aspects: technique, use of metal coils or liquid agents or combinations and etc.
