One powerful way is improving the academic achievements of its learners. Every parent would certainly fall in love and be interested in getting involved in the school their wards attend when they realize that their learning outcomes have improved.

Another way is respectfully inviting parents to educational programs where the children display their talents, skills, and knowledge acquired in practical terms through the invention of machines and products. This would wet their appetite and interest in aiding through the provision of funds for educational programs organized by the school.

The greatest enticement or bait to draw parents to be actively involved in school activities is the school administration putting in all efforts to improve the academic performance of their wards.

Family involvement in schools are largely depend on the socio-economic and cultural context. If we take an example from South Asia, I can see high level of involvements in government schools than the private schools- more in rural schools than urban.  The Principals could encourage family members of the children to involve in various activities of the school including pre preparation, bearing cost, motivating school attendance, encouraging for home assignments, creating a conducive environment etc etc.

For the children family involvement regarding the progress of the study ,their interest ,their hobby ,their behavior ,& also liking of the interest of the subject ,for this a suitable progress report for the guideline for the parents should send the periodical & also to call for remarks & signature of parents .

This will help both the teacher & parents to draw a line of thinking & understanding both for the parents & the teachers. Periodical meeting with the parents & the teachers initial stage to be carried out independently & after the discussion with the both & children should be called in the presence of both of the parents & teacher . This will certainly help an association of bond among the teacher ,parents & the children .
