I think many XRD Devices need calibration. Operators or users do not calibration their devices for years since setup. Calibrate your device with perfect single crystal Silicium. Then you will get correct peaks

I think instrument calibration may be the prime issue. Also ask the operator to check the stage tilt.

I faced the same problem.
