What are the solutions which preserve the native structure of biomolecules (e.g. proteins) and has a lower surface tension (lower than water)?

I am looking for possible solutions to keep proteins for electrospray measurements, since I need to apply low voltages, It is necessary for me to find some solutions with low surface tension (lower than dH2O) which can keep proteins (or DNA, Enzymes, Insulin ... ) in their native structure without any change.
