Avemar (Ave) is an all natural, clinically proven, dietary food for special medical purposes made from "fermented wheat germ extract". It is known to have certain biological effects due its major components, 2‑methoxy‑benzoquinone and 2,6‑dimethoxy‑benzoquinone. The full composition of the Avemar is illustrated in the attached figure.
According to the ingredients of the Avemar + assuming the best conditions for temperature fluctuations, light, humidity, and other storage conditions for the final product, please answer to the following questions:
1- Is it possible to extend the shelf-life of this product? If yes, what are the possible solutions?
2- Is it safe to use this product (e.g. for cancer patients) after its shelf-life expiration? If yes, for what period of time?
3- Technically, what happens to this supplement after its shelf-life/ expiration date? Do the active agents of Avemar degrade and lose potency after a certain period of time or hazardous/ toxic materials may be produced?

1) First, Store your product in a cool(below 20C) dry and dark place with a silica gel as water absorbent.
It is not clear what sort of differences you notice before & after self life expiration.
Before seeking for solution, please specify what sort of visual or observational changes (if any) happen to yout product.
* Analyze and compare, the H2O content, color, odor change, concentration of active components (if any) or Uv/visual spectra to see if ther is any chnge before and after.
2) What were conditions or the basis of establihing the self life or expiration date of of the product?
Was it done under specified condition?
