I am interested to check the alignment ( straightness of line patterns) in a SEM image. I learned that some plugins (e.g., OrientaionJ) in ImageJ can be helpful. However, I struggle to find tutorials related to this, and the plugin-in in the ImageJ.nih website also not available. Is there any specific software or website available to measure the alignment in images?
Though I don't know if it does what you want, OrientationJ is available from http://bigwww.epfl.ch/demo/orientationj/#soft (scroll down to "Versions"), and also on on GitHub: https://github.com/Biomedical-Imaging-Group/OrientationJ. Perhaps the "Directionality" plug-in will do what you want? https://imagej.net/plugins/directionality . It has an orientation function (I have never used this myself, so I do not know).
