I am planting oyster mushroom using Potato dextrose agar (PDA). The mycelia were good in DNA and in vitro bioactivities study.
Alternatively, you can manipulate different growth conditions like substrates supplied to get oyster mushroom with different nutrients contents. You may refer to:

Best conditions for indoor cultivation are that control and effective management of temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide, different growth stages need different conditions like in case of button mushroom, we need different conditions before and after casing. similarly, another major thing is clean cultivation, to avoid diseases and insect attack.
