The most important secret to the success of university education is to make the student love the specialization that he studies, then the competence of the teacher and provide the infrastructure that helps the university to keep up with the latest techniques of scientific research
Learning to handle stress during examination, multi tasking, learning the balance between education and love. After all education is also about becoming a right human being with ethics apart from knowledge and intellect.
Excellent question Dr. Zeyad. Leadership, funding, high education quality, diversity, openness, students engagement and teamwork. These are the main themes at Penn State University where is the home of 105K students, 8K faculty, and 20K staff+employeea.
For university education to succeed, education must be in keeping with technological developments and curricula must be consistent with practical reality
Thank Dr Ali mohamed rashed , Ma'moun M. Abu-Ayyad , Majeed Rashid Zaidan , Dunya Mohamed Hameed , Rawaa Gabbar and Rasha Adnan ahmed for answering the question and sharing useful information
Encouraging scientific research, creating a motivational reward for valuable researching papers, and establishing research centers that include researchers in various disciplines, their only task is to search for methods of the scientific development for better educational system.
In general, there are four things that if available in any university, they will be the basis for the success of university education there and they are :
1- The inputs from students studying at the university. Whenever the choice for those accepted to study in the university is carried out under strict and accurate criteria and rules, the level of university success rises.
2- Availability of sophisticated and advanced educational aids.
3- Availability of advanced curricula in all theoretical and applied fields
4- Availability of advanced scientific laboratories that keep pace with technological development in the world
The may be several secrets according various university cultures and backgrounds, however., some general tips may be: Just to Get Started Right Away + Make Peer Pressure Work For You + Rethink Your Approach to Exams + Be confidante, i.e., Believe In Yourself + To Stay On Top Of It All + Be Always ready to Read The Course Outlines + Always and continuously Listen Actively In Class + Ready to Read With Your Brain Switched On + Never Get Stressed Out + Never forget to Learn And Grow As You Go!!!

I wasn't sure if you wanted your question answering from the perspective of a potential university student, or someone from the university itself. Therefore, I have tried to include answers that might relate to one or both perspectives...
Quantitative answers might include -
1. demand increasing,
2. reduction in drop-out
3. reduction in course transfer rate
4. attainment improving
5. post university destination information - employed (+/- pay bracket), further research etc
6. university staff metrics like retention, absence rates etc
7. university fees
Qualitative answers might include -
1. confidence levels of students / researchers
2. 'satisfaction' rates for students, researchers and university staff (different angles to this, in terms of 'experience', 'value for money' etc)
3. relative position and reputation when contrasted to 'competitors' in the university ranking systems
Enabling factors might include:
1. Availability of opportunities to generate income, whilst studying, given the variable cost of living in different university locations
2. Availability of good accomodation (given variables as above)
3. Availability of key student support services - student support / help / advice services
4. Opportunity for good physical and social development, to compliment academic aspect
5. Flexibility of education / supervision / delivery to enable full-time and part-time study
I am sure that this is not an exhaustive list, but they are the factors that sprung to mind when I saw your question. I hope a few of the points are helpful to you.
A team of very good teachers and scientists. The use of new and innovative pedagogical techniques. Conducting high-budget scientific research using new technologies in the most current research topics. Establishing and conducting international research teams and international exchange of scientific experiences with other universities, including organization of international scientific conferences in which speakers are known scientists, discoverers of particularly important new concepts, ideas, discoveries, inventions and other achievements, results of scientific research. Long history of operation and high university recognition among citizens. A conviction in the minds of citizens, including employers employing graduates of high rank and brand of the university, supported by modern marketing.
to Zeyad Mohammad : Es una cuestión muy interesante. Para contestar habría que conocer antes que es para usted el exito en la educación, tanto unversitaria como no universitaria.
University education is for meeting ,a challenge plan for the career of student. University is very vast areas for study & it depend on individual student the base of their line career . Student have an ample scope for the career development & the knowledge they may receive from their friends & colleague covering the knowledge they may receive from the student library .
Student from different areas with their different family background , when they visit the university first time & to see the free environment which such student may not have experienced for this student should become their own guide for the development .
For the higher study group in which subject they are carrying out their graduate plans for the further development such student may have viewed their colleague students & their professor for their individual identity & their development , such student may get a source of inspiration for the development of their career .
