Determine search strategy ;

Achieves the desired goal ;

Serves the community .

• supervisor/student relations
• dealing with writer’s block
• attitude in relation to the research higher degree (RHD) – it’s not a Nobel prize
• the student who never has enough time
• treating the RHD like a job

No pop policy and comic consolations , following / living up within the code of integrity and professional conduct!

1. Love your job and Find job related topics

2. Be persiatant and hard working

3. Aim to publish high impact jpurnals in your field.

4. Built up a concrete research team.

5. Share your expertise with outer researchers in your team. Remember “Sharing is caring”

6. Attend conferences and meetings.

7. Read a lot respectful journals.

8. If you can be a reviwer for journals.

9. Be open minded.

10. Do not let yourself for negative rhoughts, be reasonably optimistic.

11. If your aricle rejected , dont feel very upset, try to come out that obstacles
