We are planning an evaluation of an adaptive learning system. One of the variables that we will control is self-efficacy.
We would like a scale similar to the general self-efficacy scale by Schwarzer and Jerusalem (http://userpage.fu-berlin.de/~health/engscal.htm) adapted to adult students (age about 30-40) in a learning situation. We need a short scale with view (max 10) items.

I have no concrete scale in mind, but I know that some colleagues also assess self-efficacy in a training/adult learning and development context. I will dig into that and let you know if I can find anything suitable. Maybe you'll find these infos interesting:
