In my country and among other things, olive trees are considered as a considerable national income for many people. The state curricula emphasizes the importance of planting new trees and protecting the old ones. The curricula provides tips on how to pick up olives, and prevents uprooting them for any reason.
People lack of financial and leadership skills, running a businesses is always a risk in addition poor planning; ability to think critically; complacency; and the misuse of aids and loans, lack of skilled and talented workers which could affect the quality of production, will naturally impede efficiency and productivity. Hence entrepreneurial education is a must before venturing into taking up entrepreneurship as a career.
