What are the requirements to detect MSI using the Biorad CFX96 Real time PCR detection system?

I want to detect Microsatellite Instability in rectal tumour samples using melting curve data generated from the Biorad CFX96 real time PCR detection system. I have read that the Precision Melt analysis software can analyse melting curve data to identify MSI positive samples. Are there any additional requirements that are needed (machine/ software) for the analysis?
