I am using MITSUBISHI IGBT MODULE CM150DU-12H for my DC-DC converter hardware setup, in this IGBT module we have two switches, am generating the gate pulses from driver circuit and pulse amplitude is 15.5V, after giving pulses to the igbt pins G2,E2 the pulse amplitude is reduced to 8V.
in another case same pulses of amplitude 15.5V giving to the Gate terminals G1,E1 the pulse amplitude is reduced to 2V. may i know the reasons for this??
i have measured the pulse amplitude across gate terminals by using the DSO.

There can be two problems -
First, check your main IGBT Module if it has gone bad or not. Secondly check your High-Side, Low-Side Driver stage.
If the IGBT module has gone bad then you can try to replace it with a new one and verify that your pulses are not loaded. If the problem persists, then the actual problem or fault is somewhere else which might be causing your IGBT module to fail. In that case check on the back end for the Driver or on the load side if it is causing any damaging effect to your IGBT Module.

Check the minimum Gate command current of your IBGT modules, and then check if your driver stage is capable to feed that current.
