I've already read the research work of Molla & Licker, 2001 and DeLone & McLean, 2004, however, their studies provide qualitative analysis. I'm looking for a correlational analysis between strategy implementation and e-commerce success to identify and validate a statistical relationship and provide a mathematical validation of empirical observations.
The parameters and scope of the study are required to be limited with definite boundaries as multiple e-commerce firms (SME and Large Corporations) would be analyzed and possibly pitted within the same category. For example strategy behind the success of Zara vs H&M e-platforms maybe analyzed and pitted against each other.
