What are the Q1, Q2, Q3 or Tier 1, 2, 3 journals in life science?

How should we look for list of journals of Q1, Q2, Q3 respectively? I cannot find any proper list. Some said the higher the impact factor, the higher the tier is and other said no, it is not as there are low impact factor but fall in Q1. So how do we know which one is low impact but higher tier and which one is high impact and higher tier. Is there high impact but low tier too? Complicated.
