The pHluorins are not good? there is the ratiometric and the ecliptic (see http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9671304) and there is even an enhanced ratiometric (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3152828/), and I think there was one red developed by the yellen lab (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21631110), hope this helps
