There is still the issue or topic of investment readiness (IR). IR forms a nice channel for startup research. Researching and advancing IR automatically advances startup understanding. (See my paper on IR)
There is the question of government intervention. If government is involved, the success thereof. To me this becomes an issue of sound governance and proper metrics to manage this. Are goverment successful, what metrics should be used, and whybare metrics not used to manage government intervention?
There is the question whether all startups should be "new tech" etc based. What about "average"
startups?
there is the issue of quality - improving and raising quality across the board, that is especially in terms of innovation and creativity.
There is the issue of business acumen.
There is the issue of business models and unique value proposition.
And there is the issue of institutionalizing startups through government legislation that mandates that corporations spend a certain amount on entrepreneurship and startups. But this requires sound management and implementation.
One of the main problems is the fact that these organizations do not take enough into account the issue of working conditions. We give here some examples in the field of mobility and deliveries:

Usually startups find their way with IT company. Few startups with innovative rethinking flourishes while few fail. The performance of startups are based on time management, and leadership skills of the administration.
