I prepare organic nanoparticles and use it for sensing to cation. As far as experiment is concerned after addition of cation solution i.e. analyte, we observed that there is increase in fluorescence intensity selectively for one of cationic solution. What are possible reasons for it ? and whether one can use the fluorescence lifetime study for the same and How this interpreted ?
