One of the possible causes is the presence of allelopathic effects of these two crops on guava.You should make a search about this subject to ensure if this was right or not.
The disease is soil-borne and is difficult to control. Wilt is predominantly caused by the species of Fusarium, of which F. oxysporum is generally the main cause.
I agree with you Dr Malhotra , the fungus could be finding within the comfort zone with the presence of crops like mango and guava , as rightly said by Ali.

to have a clear cut answer about whether the reason for wilting is a fungal infection you may notice if Infected plants developed chlorosis followed by wilting of entire plants and leaf abscission here you must conduct a histopathological study to show the presence of hyphae in xylem vessels of roots of the wilted plants ,then you can take sections of such roots and transferred them to potato dextrose agar medium,the pathogen grew in culture if it was present.
If the wilting is occuring during a drought it is possible the mangoes and cashews are drying out the soil causing drought stress on the guava. It is possible that the mangoes and cashews are able to exploit water at deeper depths (deeper roots) which reduce their water stress relative to the guava.
