I believe that both research conducted individually and in a team have their own positive aspects. Scientific research in the research team enables the combination of various experiments in the field of researched research, it is possible to develop a more perfect research project in a situation where it is a complex project, multi-segment and combining various aspects, concepts of research techniques. In addition, the positive aspect of conducting research through an international research team is the possibility of simultaneous conduct of analogous research in different countries to then conduct a comparative analysis of the results of research carried out in different countries.
Scientific research conducted by a team of scientists has one more important advantage. In a situation where scientists from the research team represent different but related fields and scientific disciplines, then the research project being developed may have a high level of interdisciplinarity. Interdisciplinarity conducted within one research project may generate additional added value of the conducted research.

In addition to interdisciplinarity and its associated value addition, and enabling comparative analyses and combination of multi-segments, international research teams may leverage cost (time, financial and technical resources) of conducting research on inter-regional themes. Members from different countries can conduct some research in their respective countries as part of the international research project. Such research may also build capacity in weaker researchers, which would promote future research. These are some of the critical positive aspects of conducting research through international research teams.
