What are the optimum HVOF thermal spraying parameters?

I was just wondering about this thermal spray technique: HVOF. What are the optimum parameters for HVOF thermal spray, with a robot? E.g: torch speed, robot speed, etc.

Please give any acceptable data with a reference.

There are no optimal HVOF parameters in general. Each set of powder + HVOF torch + component being coated has its own optimal parameters. This is a science in itself that requires several years of professional experience.
