The answer to that question can be as extended as the questions you formulas.

What do you really need?

You can make qualitative analysis (evaluation of conventional MRI) or quantitative analysis.

For conventional MRI you can use any free software ImageJ, BioImageXD, Blender, etc.

If you need quantitative analysis is best formules asking you the question to suggest some way. Attached you part of a presentation to guide you with the names and websites of some of the most used software in bioimages.

Hi, you can have ImageJ, free and with a large community life.

For fMRI the best could be spm. Yo have to run in matlab, it is not free but is the most used in the litterature.
