What are the most suitable/appropriate Science citation index (SCI) journals which accepts the theoretical inventions in the field of "Optics & Fiber optic sensors". Because most of the SCI journals are demanding experimental validation. But I don't have that much experimental facilities. So what are the SCI journals which accepts theoretical studies with simulation results in the field of "Optics & Photonics"?
