Dear collegue, from my experience based on the technological tranfer by japaneses experts. There is a basic strategy to implement Lean which start with awareness based on Kaizen and 5S program then training through QC and Industrial engineering tools, after to create a suggestion system scheme along with quality control circles. It is a long term view. Yet, everything based upon the Productivity holistic approach.
