I think that there is much more too it than Objectivity and Training - so for me it should include: Passion, Skill, Empathy, Approachability and Humility. I like this piece on the topic:
Korthagen, F. A. (2013). Chapter 12 In Search of the Essence of a Good Teacher: Toward a More Holistic Approach in Teacher Education. In From teacher thinking to teachers and teaching: the evolution of a research community (pp. 241-273). Elsevier.
Although somewhat dated, I think this is worth a read on the subject too as it brings together views from different stake holders:
Murphy, P. K., Delli, L. A. M., & Edwards, M. N. (2004). The good teacher and good teaching: Comparing beliefs of second-grade students, preservice teachers, and inservice teachers. The Journal of experimental education, 72(2), 69-92.

The qualities a teacher is seen to require can be defined in many ways and will differ between “stakeholders”. In some cases these stakeholder may have different priorities e.g. what a school management team may see as desirable professional qualities may be different to the qualities a child values. In a mangerialist and performative context such as England, schools are clearly defined hierarchies with managers valuing teachers who exhibit compliance to policy and their capacity to deliver measurable results which will count to the school’s performance targets. Studies of what pupils see as desirable teacher qualities suggest that the main focus is on personal rather than performative qualities such as fairness and patience. As such, these two perspectives suggest that “training” will be more or less effective depending on whether technical pedagogical skills or personal qualities are most valued. Where we see becoming a teacher as the acquisition of a particular set of classroom skills then anyone having the capacity to “learn and perform” these skills can become a “good teacher”. Where we take the pupil’s perspective and personal attributes are the focus then selection of “appropriate” people to train is most important as we are largely looking at innate or at least deeply embedded personal qualities which cannot be learned. Where major problems occur is where a teacher who sees their primary role to act in the interests of the pupil is required by school policy to act in a way which does not serve the pupils’ needs. These ethical dilemmas are well documented and cause stress where teachers are torn between allegiance to the school and to the pupil. A classic example is where the choice of a particular curriculum may lead to good results for the school but may not be of any real value for the pupil. So to sum up – “What are the most important qualities a teacher needs to have?” …………it depends who you ask – pupils or managers.
What are the most important qualities a teacher needs to have-he must be basically teacher and teaching field he has selected not accidentally/forcefully selected, subject expert, good person , slightly strict, always ready to help and guide students, teaching subject course as well as ethics to students unending

A good teacher would possess empathy. Only if a teacher can explain a concept, the way he understood it, the student would have a better understanding of the same. No matter how long it takes, one concept better explained is much better than cramming 100 vague concepts.
Being knowledgeable form the basis upon which other attributes and qualities of a good teacher could premise. This is because, a teacher that is knowledgeable would know when to employ other qualities before, during and after teaching-learning process in the formal school settings most especially at both primary and secondary school phases. However, it should be noted that this afformentioned trait would enhance the teachers to know the appropriate teaching method, relevant teaching aids, principles that guiding classroom interactions among others.
