Dr Zemali , you didnot clarify which pathogens you want to ask, weather these are plant pathogens or human pathogens. In plant pathogens , Xanthomonas is most common. in human pathogens, enteric group of bacteria are quite common. These include Closritidium, Salmonella, Shigella etc. Other pathogens include Mycobacterium, Klebsiella and some spore forming cocci. Clostridium tetani causes tetanus, Mycobacterium causes tuberclosis and Salmonella causes food poisoning. Some strains of E. coli are also gas formers and harmful to human beings.
Escherichia coli is one of the commonest bacterial pathogen on which lot of work has been done. Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas are second to none.
For Staphyloccus common biochemical tests you can put catalase, coagulase (slide and tube), DNase, Phosphatase, Mannitol fermentation. You can put as many biochemical tests but not required like Citrate, Urease, Gelatin hydrolysis, Nitrate reduction, Methyl red, VP, OF test, Glucose, Galactose, Fructose, etc.
Basic Biochemical for E.coli will be IMViC, Motility, Catalase, Nitrate Reduction, Urease, Sugar Fermentation like Glucose, Lactose, Mannitol, Sorbitol, Arabinose, ONPG. You can also put Arginine and Lysin.
Salmonellae are gram-negative bacilli, moving in all directions by flagella. They belong to the genus Enterobacteriaceae Salmonella. They cause two types of diseases: gastroenteritis by food poisoning (salmonellosis), and typhoid and paratyphoid fevers [1]. [1] -A. Brands., I. Alcamo., Salmonella., Chelsea House Publishers, Philadelphia, 2006.
The bacterium Klebsiella, also called Friedländer bacterium, gram negative rod-shaped, non-mobile and usually encapsulated. Part of the intestinal flora and can be responsible for urinary and respiratory infections. It can only cause illness if the person is already vulnerable, weakened. The subcategory of Klebsiella pneumoniae is a bacterium that affects the respiratory tract, lungs, and can cause recurring diseases, such as angina, bronchitis, etc. [2]. [2] - P. R. Murray, E. J. Baron, J. H. Jorgensen, M. Landry L., Manual of Clinical Microbiology., 9th edition, ASM Press, Washington, 2007
The bacteria of the genus Staphylococcus are gram-positive shells (cocci). The main ones are Staphyloccus aureus, S.epidermidis and S. saprophyticus. They are usually found on the skin or in the nostrils of people. In general, staphylococci do not cause infections in healthy people. Sometimes they can cause skin infections (eg, boils) or wound infections and, more rarely, pneumonias or blood infections [3]. [3] -A. Honeyman, H. Friedman, M. Bendinelli, Staphylococcus Aureus Infection and Disease, Kluwer Academic, New York, 2001.
opportunistic pathogens especially for debilitated individuals. Bacilli are also frequently involved in eye infections following accidental or surgical trauma [4]. [4] -W. Kluwer Microbiologie., 2nd edition, De Boeck, Brussels, 2002.
The genus Pseudomonas is a Gram-negative aerobic mobile bacterium, 2 to 4 μm long, in the shape of swollen rods, with a polar flagellum that plays an important role in pathogenicity.
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is not very virulent in normal individuals and, on the contrary, highly pathogenic in subjects whose defenses are impaired. It is the prototype of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria [5,6,7]. [5] -M. Willcox., Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection and inflammation during contact lens wear., Optometry and Vision Science: Official Publication of the American Academy of Optometry, Vol. 84, pp. 273-278, 2007. Escherichia coli, also known as E. coli or E. coli, is a very common intestinal bacterium in humans. In general, it is harmless and is part of our intestinal flora, but some strains of E. coli can lead to gastroenteritis (urinary tract infections). Some are pathogenic, they mainly cause infections of the digestive tract, the best known is the traveler's diarrhea, because of the contamination of water or food by the faecal flora of patients or carriers [8]. [9] - P.R. Murray, E.J. Baron, M.A. Pfaller, F.C. Tenover., Manual of Clinical Microbiology, 7ème edition, ASM Press, Washington., 1999.
Proteus
[11] -R. Amin1, V. Dr. Djaafar Zemali: What are your objectives, what is your research project in asking this very broad question and which, in my opinion, lacks precision, which did not allow researchers to interact with you?

Some microbes make us sick, others are important for our health. The most common types are bacteria, viruses and fungi. There are also microbes called protozoa. These are tiny living things that are responsible for diseases such as toxoplasmosis and malariaز
