Have you considered Ozonation?
Fentons reagent will surely destroy many organics. Though if there is a large body of water it would require a large volume of H2O2.
Unless the water contains little else dissolved oxidizable matter the selectivity of ozone will result in that ozonation should be more effecient than fenton or any other AOP.
