And with this new tool we will try to find the best solution to the ancient task - optimization! :)))) In my opinion, the "human capital" of the proper quality is a critical resource for success in introducing new technologies into logistics. The constructed supply chain will not work unless serviced by trained personnel who understands the essence of its processes. So I think the problem ahead of the system of permanent professional education categories of staff, training which had not previously considered. The terrible dream of the HR.
