I want to get more information about the Leadership Styles of Jesus as Found in the Four Gospels
The leadership style of Jesus, as depicted in the four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) of the New Testament in the Bible, is often characterized by several key principles. While the Gospels primarily focus on Jesus' teachings, miracles, and the theological aspects of his ministry, certain leadership traits and styles can be inferred from his interactions with disciples and others.
One of the central themes in Jesus' leadership style is servant leadership. In the Gospel of Matthew (Matthew 20:28), Jesus explicitly states, "the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve." He demonstrated this through acts such as washing the disciples' feet, a task typically reserved for servants (John 13:1-17). Jesus exhibited humility in his leadership. Despite being a revered figure, he associated with the marginalized, showed compassion, and did not seek earthly power or recognition (Philippians 2:5-8). Jesus empowered his disciples by entrusting them with responsibilities and gradually giving them authority. He equipped them with teachings and parables, encouraging them to carry on his message and ministry (Matthew 10:1-8). He demonstrated deep compassion and empathy toward those he led. He healed the sick, fed the hungry, and showed understanding and love even to those who were considered societal outcasts. The Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7) reflects this teaching approach.Jesus' leadership was inclusive. He welcomed people from various backgrounds, including tax collectors, sinners, and Samaritans. He broke social norms to emphasize the importance of love and acceptance.

I never met him, but going from the scriptures he was a true Transpersonal Leader - see "Leading beyond the Ego" and other articles and white papers in my ResearchGate library. He used the six emotionally intelligent leadership styles but enhanced by always having his core values in full consciousness in every action and decision.
I agree fully with @Dharti Narwani. His was a servant leadership style.
