Hydrogels are material which can absorb water and remain swelled. If my hydrogel is conducting in nature then, how can I measure the conductivity of the swelled hydrogel?
you can measure the resistivity of your conducting hydrogel using well known four probe method. Take the reciprocal of resistivity, then you can get the conductivity of your sample.
Thank you so much to both of you for the answers. Though I have tried four probe method but it failed to measure the conductivity probably because it is suitable for surface resistance what Mr. Atman mentioned. Regarding conductivity meter,
Regarding conductivity meter, Mr. Atman, don't you think it will damage the probe of the instrument as conductivity meter is suitable for a liquid sample?
