What are the Major Parameters and settings needed for getting optical coupled disk resonator in comsol?

I need to find the eigenfrequency of the coupled disk resonator in terms of the wavelength (refractive index of the material -1.6, size of the disk 1um, diameter-1um ). anyone who an expert in comsol try to help me .If it is possible provide examples also thank you
