PRISMA is a guide to reporting systematic reviews - it is not a guide to methods, although good methods are implied. There are lots of good guides to undertaking systematic reviews out there - probably some specific to 'management science' - in healthcare I would look to resources from the effective practice and organisation of care group of the Cochrane Collaboration - although this is now defunct and some resources may be hard to find.
