I am researching political and electoral violence and I need latest electoral violence theories propounded from 2011 to date because all the theories accessible to me are from 2010 and earlier and they will not be accepted by my institution.
Dear Odoh Abutu: You may want to read Paul Collier´s short and precise book entitled "Guns, Votes and Violence." An anthropological account by Stanley Thambiah is also useful. The book is entitled "The Levelling Crowd."
Check out the work of Leo Arriola as well Hyde, Hafner‐Burton and Jablonski. Dunning also edited a special issue on electoral violence.
