Hello Wael; Since they are solitary nesters and with about 140 species in North America alone, it is unlikely that a control method exists. I see suggestions of modifying the nesting habitat (bare ground along roads, etc). Unless they present a serious problem in a specific area it is probably better to simply manage their numbers locally.
