I know the T.I. report and even had a pleasure to take part in its official presentation in Poland in May. It is very interesting, unfortunately it looks like it covers only European Union countries. For example - no information about lobbying regulations from Macedonia nor Montenegro. Not speaking about the rest of the world.
In the UK we have the Lobbying Act which was legislated in January 2014. Its full name is the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act. It restricts campaigning in the run-up to general elections. You should be able to find more information about it online.
