NASA has not yet posted any ESUN value for Landsat8. you can get some info from this web page http://www.gisagmaps.com/landsat-8-atco/

How i can access to  this site, i dont have login id for this site. Mehnaz Rashid would tell me any idea to access information from this site.

Based in the information from USGS (http://landsat.usgs.gov/ESUN.php) you should not use ESUN but the information provided in the metadata.

In the GRASS manual is a method described how to do it.

I believe these are the ESUN values for Landsat 8:

CoastalAerosol = 1895.33

Blue = 2004.57

Green = 1820.75

Red = 1549.49

NIR = 951.76

Cirrus = 366.97

SWIR1 = 247.55

SWIR2 = 85.46

Pan = 1723.88

ESUN values are not required for Landsat 8 reflectance conversion.
