People infected by COVID have been tested Positive with mild/moderate symptoms/no symptoms at all. In that, few people affected by severe disease. Most people not affected by severity. What is the reason behind these variations? What factors contributing to the disease level severity?
I think an important factor is the viral load at the moment of infection. The lower this is, the more time the body has to mobilize its immune system and develop antibodies. This is probably one of the reasons why the medical personnel are so badly affected - it is usually exposed to a high viral loads. Other factors are of course due to the infected person's immune system itself, which is why Age play such a big role.
Its most positively the viral load and the virulence. When this is supplemented by a poor immunity of the patient, things get difficult. For them, and for us.

The time from the diagnosis to the start of treatment especially Oxygen and Steroids are also important as the later the therapy, worse the prognosis

Toute entité autonome, donc distinguable physiquement d’une autre, participe au même champ de conscience que chacun de nous, les hommes.
Considérant que les virus remplissent cette condition aussi, il faut se rendre compte qu‘ils peuvent « connaître » notre réaction à leur invasion dans notre corps avant que celle-ci ait eu lieu effectivement.
En d‘autres termes, le virus grâce à cette participation commune « sait » un peu en avance comment nous allons réagir à son insu avant notre réaction (vaccins) concrète. Ce qui explique sa réaction sophistiquée (mutations diversifiées et dangereuses) à nos vaccins avant la diffusion massive de ces antidotes.
Dans cette optique, le COVID sera toujours un peu en avance sur notre science cellulaire quoi que nous fassions ! Plus il y a de vaccinations à faire, plus il gagnera du temps pour ses offensives adaptées. Il a donc étendu la phase camouflée de l‘infection « invisible ».
Bref, il ne suffit pas de confronter le COVID au niveau cellulaire : étant une entité de conscience en premier lieu, on doit le chercher surtout au niveau de la structure qui conditionne ses éléments biologiques (protéines).
