This can be achieved through reforms that promote transparency and accountability, streamline regulations, and strengthen the legal system.

The government can also support entrepreneurship and innovation by improving access to finance for SMEs, promoting research and development, and investing in infrastructure and education. In addition, partnerships between the public and private sectors can help to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, creating new opportunities for sustainable economic growth in Ukraine.
